Auto Reply / Forward

Automatically respond to incoming messages based on keywords or patterns.

Setup

  • Go to Automation → Auto Reply / Forward
  • Configure trigger rules:

    • - Keywords: Reply when message contains specific words

    - Regex: Advanced pattern matching

    - All messages: Reply to every incoming message

  • Set reply template
  • Choose action: Reply, Forward, or Both
  • Click Activate

    Trigger: "price", "cost", "how much"
Reply: "Thanks for your interest! Our pricing starts at $100/month. Check https://telepilotpro.com/pricing for details."

Trigger: "support", "help", "issue"
Reply: "Please describe your issue and our team will respond within 2 hours. Or join our support group: @TelePilotPro"

    Tips

  • Keep replies natural and helpful
  • Don't auto-reply in groups you don't own
  • Set a cooldown to avoid spamming
  • Monitor responses and adjust triggers
